From Peacekeeping to PRTs Luncheon

Pearson receiving the Nobel Peace Prize for helping create the world’s first peacekeeping force, the Pearson Peacekeeping Centre is hosting a luncheon about how changing conflict is shaping the way Canadian military, police and civilians contribute to peace operations around the world.

PPC will be facilitating a Design, Development & Facilitation course (Fr) for Police and Gendarmerie trainers in Dakar. The course is delivered to empower respective national capacities to prepare their own staff for UNPOL/ CIVPOL missions. National capacities are exposed to learning and facilitation techniques that they can adapt to their respective realities to enable more effective UNPOL/CIVPOL participation.
